Nathan G Judd
Nathan studied Architecture at the University of Sydney where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science Architecture Hons and a Bachelor of Architecture. After six years working for a number of Australia's leading architectural firms on large scale residential, commercial and laboratory projects he formed Nathan Gibson Judd Architect in 2007
Nathan's award winning practice undertakes boutique residential and commercial architecture in Canberra and throughout Australia. The firm's focus on crafting vibrant and beautiful houses, extensions, restaurants and fitout projects has been recognised nationally by the design press with publication in Houses Magazine, House and Garden, Green Magazine, Inside Out, Architecture Australia, Venue Magazine, Specifier Magazine, the Sydney Morning Herald and in book publication as well as via international blogs such as Remodelista
In 2010 Nathan was awarded the Australian Institute of Architects' Emerging Architect Prize. The Australian Institute of Architects has also awarded Nathan Gibson Judd Architect a Commendation for Butterley House and the prestigious Malcolm Moir and Heather Sutherland Award for Residential Architecture for Broulee Shack
The practice has worked for several leading commercial clients including Chamberlains, Macquarie Telecom, B&T Group, Hurelypalmerflatt, CHC Affordable Housing, ACT Land Development Agency, Parson Brinkerhoff, Goodwin, Zambrero and Trilogy Skateboards
James E Goodrick
James has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Canberra, and a Bachelor in Architectural Science from University of Canberra. James is a registered architect and across the last ten years has worked in both the UK and Sydney before returning to Canberra.
James brings a strong background in medium to large scale commercial & boutique residential projects.
Shai T K Lambert
Shai has been with the practice since 2010. He has a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Canberra.
Shai was the ACT State Finalist for the Glenn Murcutt BlueScope Steel Student Award in 2009 and received the Dean's Excellence Award at the University of Canberra in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. Shai is also currently employed by the University of Canberra as a course convenor & tutor.
Shai brings a strong background in imagery, 3d exploration and physical modelling to the firm
Al G Kirk
Al has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Canberra, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Canberra. He was the recipient of the Dean's excellence award, University of Canberra in 2011. Al is also currently employed by the University of Canberra as a course convenor & tutor.
Al brings a strong background in documentation, imagery and modeling to the firm.
